You can straighten the top of walls through the fence setting for Buildings. This is useful for uneven terrain because uneven terrain makes walls have uneven heights. So, you dont have to lower walls that have arches that may affect the shape of the arch. This makes the chopping walls to individually lower height not necessary.

Is there a way to make water bodies at different height levels? For example, to create a waterfall?

At this point in time there is not. The devs were looking into waterfalls and such before the launch but had too many difficulties so they put it on the backburner and will probably return to it as some point before long (:

Is there a list of controls somewhere? I've never played anything like this and she seems to accomplish a ton with a few clicks. Or even an ultra basic tutorial video that tells you what keyboard controls there are? She clicks and things are instantly smaller or narrowed, how do you do that? I only found out after 7 hours that Z is some kind of undo button. All the tutorials I've found assume you already know all the commands and all the tools.

What controls did you use at 5:41 to shape the building into a rectangle so quickly? You also did it at 10:34 and 11:06

Right! I was doing the simple left click and drag while having the rectangle build tool in my hand. You can also do this with the tower. Because I knew the general shape that I wanted it before, it was instinctual for me to build like that and just move my hand out that quickly, so I can see why it went so fast and might have seen like another control. (:

I know you can make draw bridges with the wooden fences but is it possible at all to make just a whole wooden bridge? ive tried and it didnt work :(

It's a pity they all have steps and not ramps or are flush with the ground

How do I add lily pads without the flowers? Is it only in certain seasons that that happens?

They should generate automatically, the lily pads with flowers will spawn in with the flower tool when placed on water, but if you want you can use the path tool which does give you that stone steps, but it will also spawn lily pads. So you could spawn them in and slightly erase the path to make the stepping stone bit less visible is that's something you want to play around with You can see me kind of do this at 3:27, using the path tool next to some things to get those lily pads to spawn in. I hope this kind of helps~!
