Hello i want to get some information regarding visa as i was on student visa with my husband as a dependent i just got sponsorship in care worker visa and my husband is with . I was unaware about rule change as my sponsor said dependent visas are still available in this sponsorship then I applied my husband visa and he got rejection. Is there any other possible ways to extend visa. If yes please let me know i will be very thankful for you

In your case I think your husband also need skilled worker visa to legally stay here, in care if your job code 6131 then only he can stay with you
