Yes need to pay standard rate stamp duty after selling old house. Not first time buyer as it’s a second house even if we sold first

Great video, Just a small correction, even people on skilled visa are able to get mortgages on 10/15 % downpayment ( ofcourse affordability and credit checks considering)

Yes, you may be able to get a mortgage with a 10% deposit on a skilled worker visa if you meet all the criteria to take out a UK mortgage as a foreign national.

Biggest mistake selling first home. If you are clever enough you can easily jump to 1 house to 2 house to 3 house. And good rental income

Dealing with Estate Agents itself is a nightmare :-(. Congratulations on selling the house. Once investing in the UK was no-brainer, after Brexit things have gone bad. Even if you rent out the property how many can afford the rates that are currently going.
