Download the new InfraNodus browser extension on infranodus.com... to represent ideas as a knowledge graph. This helps you analyze the content of any web page, PDF document, Google Doc, or KZbin video using advanced insights about the discourse's structure and connectivity. It can also be used for navigating the content and using the built-in GPT-4 AI to generate interesting summaries, research questions and ideas - based on the parts of the knowledge graph you select.

Looks really good. I have a question / feature request, is there a way to use the 3D graph without having to use the extension? In my company it is not allowed to use extensions but the web site is allowed

Via the knowledge graph, can the user expand his thinking, then amend the graph, then export the graph to include in an AI embedding?
@noduslabs
@noduslabs 2 ай бұрын
Of course. You can get the insight via the knowledge graph, add some more information for your set of ideas, then directly use this set of ideas to generate new ones.

@@noduslabs Ok. Good. I can visualize how the tech stack would look for say Obsidian: add more notes in Obsidian and you get a better knowledge graph. Virtuous circle as one keeps feeding the other. But what if you wanted to update a vector database. Could the up-leveled Nodus knowledge graph be exported than imported into the vector database?

Love this just like the application itself and the integration with Obsidian. However, I do have one anomaly that seems to crop up with the extension. With it popping up into its own window, sometimes it floats around unintentionally while using it and moving my cursor around. Like it is losing track of if I am int he graphic itself or the controls around the border. Then you try to drag it back and it moves around when your cursor is not in the window. Then it can go off the screen and I can't get it back. I am on Win 11 Home version and running MS Edge. Have not tried it in Chrome itself yet or Firefox. Maybe this is an Edge issue? Anyway, I think it would be awesome if we could split this into another tab of the browser than you could split them each into their own window. (ie. like when I drag tabs out of chrome and create two browser instances on separate monitors or in separate panels on the same wide monitor. This way the window does not block a significant portion of the screen. UPDATE: Same quirk persists in both Chrome and Firefox as well if you try to move the window. Seems fine if you just leave the pop-up alone and do not try to move it.

For the integration of sources from different platforms or formats, how to do it
@noduslabs

Just import the data from those different platforms into the same graph and tag the import accordingly.

Is the “3d” spinning view available on not just the extension but on the website too? I didn’t seem to find it
@noduslabs
@noduslabs 4 ай бұрын
No, it's only in the extension, but you can actually use the extension on InfraNodus itself - it will analyze the data you're analyzing, so that's the best way to switch on the 3D view for now.

Can it be possible to virtual one website and add another website etc.. add or take away
@noduslabs

Yes, absolutely! But as it's not yet possible to delete statements in bulk, you can simply create a few graphs and then combine them together.

That's why we have the Analytics panel, so you don't have the graph if it's too complicated and you can still get all the insights.

It is a bit similar to Citespace, but you do better interactively.. the weakness is that for acardemically analysis of literature ,the mechanism is not so clear

@@noduslabs I use a Mac operating system so there's a great tool that performs the transcription but you can then process the transcripts with curated prompts that you can add within the tool. That tool is called MacWhisper. As far as thematic analysis it can do whatever prompts you give it (I have a library), such as lexical analysis, content analysis, extract statistics, questions asked, technical concept analysis, strength of argument analysis. The skies the limit.
