Lol I am 2 years into building my 6.0 twin turbo ‘05 Silverado Super-Short-Bed (SSB Is a single cab/short bed frame that has been shortened to take the crew cab shortbeds, bed of about 5.75 feet vs. the original 6.5 feet.). I’m about 29,000 into it so far, and I still haven’t gotten it dyno’d, painted, and a whole list of other stuff. Another 10k and I should be about “Done”. This isn’t anywhere near my first rodeo, so I’ve done almost everything myself (Except engine machining, trans build, upholstery and some tuning).

Dont forget you need a tune and if you get a turbo you have to get a intercooler and then upgrade the whole engine to handle boost if you go with the turbo and if you go with the nitrous you gon need to build the engine to handle nitrous

As long you get rid of the junk 3rd gen Connecting rods and get some forged one or even some 4th gen ones and gap the piston rings to 0.030 your good for 600hp with gen 4s

Yes a lq can handle that kind of power but it's no where near that cheap if it was everyone and there mom would have 700+ hp trucks hahaah one the 4l60e will not take that kind of power what so ever stock 2 the rear end won't like it at all hahah especially to fit that budget you maybe will be able to make that power but for how long one or 2 runs maybe then you'll be rebuilding everything
