Hello, this is a really nice complete solution. One question that concerns me is the waste heat from the Beefeater Proline. I would like to install my outdoor kitchen on an uncovered roof terrace with a glass balustrade. Does the barbecue emit a lot of waste heat to the rear or does it go upwards? I would keep about 5-15cm away from the glass, but I've also seen gas barbecues where an alarming amount of heat goes out the back. Would a heat-retardant plate on the back of the cabinet body, for example, have a positive effect? Greetings from Austria.

Hi stephan, if I’m honest I don’t know how glass would be that close the rear of the grill. They do give off a lot of heat and they don’t recommend anything combustible that close.

@@aosoutdoorkitchens Thank you very much, glass itself does not burn but bursts at worst. In the instructions it says that it differs depending on the flat or high lid and it says something about 25cm (flat) or 45cm (with smoker)... Maybe that's right, at 200 degrees Celsius, which can be emitted there, some smoke contamination of the glass is still the most harmless risk. Best regards and thanks again.

@@aosoutdoorkitchens I live in Romania where in the area I am from we can have even minus 20 Celcius in the winter AND plus 38 for a couple of days in the summer. That said may I double down on my question having this prerequisite? I bought a Napoleon Rogue 425 SE and now I have buyer's remorse cause it seems too big for my actual needs. Discovery 1500 BeefEater would be next on my list if you would recommend it :)
