Black Hat Projects

Let me show you how i built this DIY outdoor kitchen, this BBQ cart has some wheels underneath so we can move it around in the garden. This outdoor kitchen is a good upgrade to our garden, ready for those long summer nights. This was one of my first bigger woodworking video's, so if you have any advice or ideas for my next woodworking projects feel free to use the comment section to let me know!
Are you ready to grill some? Lets light up the Green Egg.

(LxBxH)?
@BlackHatProjects
@BlackHatProjects 4 ай бұрын
@servicepacknl2369
@servicepacknl2369 4 ай бұрын
@BlackHatProjects
@BlackHatProjects 4 ай бұрын

I intend to build your design for my pizza oven. I was just wondering about the thickness of the wood for the frame. Is it 6.5 x 6.5 cm (common size in The Netherlands) of closer to 8 x 8 cm?

Just by looking at it I would say it's easily 10x10 even, but I would go for 8x8 probably. I am thinking about building this too myself for our kamado but I was wondering, how would something made completely out of wood take the heat of a ceramic kamado? Is wood ok to use?

Yeah a chop saw, plainer, orbital sander and drills is definitely 10k. You have a festool budget when you should have a harbor freight budget
@jaywedge3571
@jaywedge3571 10 ай бұрын
The plainer isn't even remotely required for this project (same with the table saw and paint sprayer). The total power tool budget for this job would be under $500, and that's starting from absolute scratch. If you already have basic hand tools (drill, driver, sander), call it $250 for a miter saw and you're good to go. Another $100 for a jig saw if you need to make the cutouts.
