ok so ive been playing longsword almost exclusively since playtest and i wanted to ask, dont you think the shield mastery isnt that bis especially in solos? I feel like sword mastery and swift are always good, then i go with weapon mastery for the bow, cuz crossbow is useless when u get caught by a warlock or good wizzard and then i add barricade, cuz it seems to be useful pretty much every time, unlike shield mastery, that only sometimes comes in handy when you are agains someone really good who spaces super well. I see its better on higher skill level, but the game is so inconsistent with the parries that you know well you often get hit even when you parry xd

Parries are consistent it’s just that your character model looks different than the enemies character model which makes you misjudge your parry so basically you need to learn how to move your camera better

The game still has those problems, but I am enjoying it, even through all the imperfections. Currently editing a video which has an interesting twist to the stat-check issue.

Longsword is broken weapon with no counterplay for most melee weapons, it must have delay between in and out of parry and also give us a kick to stun parry dumbapes and also shield users when they just spam parry and blocks without any punish
