Great idea using the feather finish for the shower walls. What sealer did you use for this?

Wow, I could never imagine backing out of that yard space and being able to maneuver it!!

I put Feather Finish down as underlayment on the original woods floors of my ‘95 Gillig Phantom city bus to even out the surface and fill in some bad spots. It’s been down for over a year with no sealant while I’m waiting for temps to go back up so I can tile. It’s been walked on while doing other projects, exposed to extreme dry climate, leaks, extreme cold & heat. I scored where the wood pieces meet. Any cracks are tiny surface level. I’ll be tiling over it soon and feel really confident about at least this layer! Such a versatile and durable product!

Well this had a different ending then I thought it was going to. All that talk in the beginning about holes, I had to double check what channel I clicked on!! 😲🧐 That shower turned out really really cool!! Even better that it's holding up well on the road!! Agreed, exposed plumbing doesn't look the greatest, but it is in a closet, and if future problems arise, there will be rejoicing all around for how easy it is to address. And if Sam is bored one day and needs a project, he can always make some covers. Better yet, looks like firefighter is an even better plasterer!! The skill sets you've developed since putting the hose down!! Strong work Justin!!

Hi, love your videos and the detail/process you go into! I was hoping you'd be able to answer on how the concrete shower has held up 1 year later? Any cracking, movement, etc. Thanks!

How on earth did you even get that bus in there in the first place? Also, can that product you put on the shower wall be tinted if you don't want that concrete color? Looks like you got some weird comments down there.
