so a client portal is like a folder to which only the client has access? Because Coda does not have the option to secure a certain document with login & password.

Thats exactly it! You make a new doc for each client with your template pre-made inside it ready to go.

Hey Harry just watched this again to set up my clients portal. Which permissions would you give to your client when sharing the link with them?

You can give them edit options. Then just lock the page using the locking feature and enable everything apart from "edit text on the page". That way they can still make tasks without deleting your tables or onboarding ! :)

Great video Harry! Is there a storage limit for files on coda? And could you use zapier to automate creating a duplicate workspace when a new client subscribes to your design agency?

Great questions ! Coda has a storage limit for free plan. 5gb per workspace for their $12/m plan and unlimited for their $36/m plan. coda.io/pricing Yes using zapier is a great way to create a new doc but you can also use codas internal automations to do that which would be easier !
