Good video Alfred I grew up in South Florida I’m still a boater and I live in the North East it’s amazing how many people up here don’t understand the importance of a well made boat trailer and how it will change your life

Beautiful quality trailers and aluminum is the only way to go for longevity. These trailers really make our boats look superb! Be proud of your work and craftsmanship.. bravo. I just picked up my new custom yesterday and I wish I would have gotten the double bend and tie downs like this one. Some good ideas for add add ons later including those bunks.

Big ups to you, the owner and the entire staff at RealXTrailers. This video was extremely educational and informative. I learned a few things about greasing the hubs. That knowledge will be used as I will be replacing some hubs on an existing trailer. Great work on everything from your video production to trailer production.

I suggest to Real X Trailer to use brakes cylinder where the axles are independent of each other so if one axle fails not all fail. Like cars have a X pattern in the brakes where front passenger and rear driver are independent from the front driver and rear passenger so if one brake fails they fail in a cross pattern so the brakes are balance where the car won't veer to one side. Yes this brake system setup will cost more but they are already making it premium should go all the way with the safety too.

Love the deatail on the bunks, they have cut outs so the crane straps can be slid under the boat and be picked up. Many of this big boats when they get picked up to be transported get lifted by cranes and put on the trailers. Good deal on that detail. 👌👌👌👌👌👌

so how do I get a custom trailer for my boat
@Mad.Man.Marine3 жыл бұрын
You would think for a company like that (that size) they would update there custom made bender to be strong enough to actually bend the I beam evenly. Cause that hot mess def didn’t bend the top and bottom to the same angle. Looked like it was ready to snap in two.

Boxed aluminum trailers are a lot stronger than I beam trailers that’s why you always see the tongue boxed no matter what trailer manufacture
@aldenmarine85824 жыл бұрын
Actually... they tend to corrode more and have more failures in the long term which is why you do not see any transporters using boxed aluminum trailer. Having a Boxed trailer means you have welds and when you haul for a living in many of the worst roads America highways throw at you... having an I-Beam trailer with a bit of flex gives you peace of mind it will not crack the welds or fail altogether.

You say Americans, well forgive me but shouldn't those so called Americans speak English. Sorry dude but the one thing that gets me going is just that. English speaking Americans is what they should be. I'm from another country as well but I learned to be American, not whatever "origin" American but AMERICAN. Period. If where you come from is so wonderful to the point of keeping the "origin title in front of American" then why the hell did you leave. This is America, not Spanish America, not Africa America, not Russia America. I'm sorry man but it's just wrong. Either very AMERICAN or go home.

You have an ad every five mins that’s the average length of normal video. Standing at the boat ramp prolly lower cost. Dedicating a week to on video cost more to make means more ads plus if you watch tv the commercials are about every 5 mins to
