you asked for shop recommendations. You should keep those little screw jacks that can be found for 5 bucks at every garage sale as adjustable rests. I keep them near my bench top drill, on my welding tables, etc. Work great for that adjustable height thingy to hold something that is overhanging when you need a third hand.

The center barr looks a little too wide. But I'm sure by the end it will look right. A recessed ford emblem it the center would look good too.

Starting to finish it off in appearence .... the mesh looks better than I thought it would ... is it going to be the same color as the body? ..... where does the front plate go? .... can you say " deer magnet" ...... comming together good ....

Hey Joe, what plate? lol Might be mounted to a nurf bar that come out from under the front fenders. Not committed on a colour for the grill surround yet. Could be black, charcoal or body colour with the mesh remaining stainless. We shall see. ;) Thanks for the thumbs up!!

Have you thought about recession the fog light into the fender just a few inches from the edge by the grill?

Interesting thought! Would need to add a bracket to the fender flange to hold it.

@@iNVisionPrototypes you can do it...your the way when it comes to welding. Here's another idea. The wire mesh grill will look good but stainless rod either going up and down or right to left would look great for the grill. Just throwing my ideas...your the ARTIST and its your CANVAS..
