How to build a custom metal sign with 3d effects.

The inventor I worked for that patented those green strawberry baskets showed me amazing things but never had me mesmerized. The Chino California farmer that built the first four-wheel drive crop duster was the only one that could work all seasons here. He made the controller out of a B-52 airplane joystick but he never showed me anything shiny! Last week I was doing a general handyman job for a neighbor and his eight-year-old girl was watching me and I turned the saw correctly and tapped with a hammer and chisel and held my tongue just right and did something her father couldn't do and she gasped for air in animazement and when I looked at her to absorb her energy, she looked away in the air and started whistlin and now mr. Mike, she calls me mister David!

Masterpiece.Has that anodized look to it. The waves in metal(causing 3D look)using grinding disc had to take a long time.

Zapping it with the heat have enough variance in the color to make it look real. Nice touch. So what did you do on the back? Did you weld it all together or is it separate like that so you can take the pieces back apart? It would have been nice to see how you finished the back side.

Excellent work my friend. Quick question. What did you use for a surface prep pad before doing your coating?? I love how it gave some real depth to the red!

Ran a flap disc from top to bottom, several lines accross the surface.
