How to get users to speak with you? What's your advice on how to reach out to them? (structure of the email or LinkedIn message).

Adam does go into detail on this on his book but I also found this article medium.com/@graphmaven/the-single-most-important-thing-5e7fa3b795cb "Find candidates on LinkedIn. Reach out to them directly - no email blasts. Tell them you are founding a startup to attack your problem, and ask them if they would consider joining your TAB."

You call them. It’s not that crazy. I do this multiple times a week. Customers love it 9/10 times because it’s a personal touch. Say you’re the founder and ask them whatever questions you have. Reduces churn a lot.
