How to build a DIY Wedding Welcome Sign with wood

About a month ago I was asked to build a welcome sign for a wedding using wood.
The bride and florist would do the decorating so I was just responsible for the woodwork.
I built the base out of 4x4 cedar and the panels out of 1/2" plywood. I glued the based together but didn't use any other mechanical fasteners.
The cedar and plywood kept the sign fairly lightweight and the mortise type joinery made it portable yet easy to assemble and disassemble.
All in all, it turned out to be a quick but satisfying project

Can I ask what size were the boards in height and width?

Hi Dana! The base is ~38" long x 10" wide x 3-1/4"" high. The blue board on the left is ~19" wide x 48" high (I start making the curve at ~ the 28" mark). The green(ish) board on the right is ~ 17" wide x 40" high ( I start making the curve at ~ the 25" mark). I used 1/2" plywood on the boards and 4x4's dimensioned down to size (above) for the base
