You know, my absolute favorite part about this build is that you put so much effort into using resources that people generally throw away. Fantastic use of the logs and cut branches to help with stabilization of the pond itself. That AND you tied them all together to make it look like what it is. Amazing work on this pond, I love the ingenuity. Great job my friend 🎉

Few questions...What zone are you in? How do you know what's native? I like that you could call off species and common, botany is very confusing and I'm trying to learn varieties. Do you have a specific resource for finding data on native plants? The enthusiasm is off the charts and pleasant. Very uplifting and encouraging. Thank you!

Came out beautiful! Nicely done on a budget. I’d be a bit afraid with all your plantings it might get overgrown looking. But if your like me selective pruning can maintain it. I usually hate those prefab ponds (it's hard to make them look good), but with the way you did the plants and everything actually makes it pretty decent. Honestly, this is my kinda DIY pond, and hour's is the only one I've found so satisfying according to my ideas and plans. Currently I've got a little tank with 4 snakeheads(don't judge me, I'm from India and these amazing fishes are not invasive, but indigenous to my country and I freaking love those fishes) but they're outgrowing the tank so fast and I've been brainstorming for an upgradation for so long, but never found one as satisfying as yours.... Thanks a bunch man, appreciate it a lot, and am definitely gonna keep a good track of your channel😁 Thanks a lot again...... PS: I'm not saying this 100 gallon tank is gonna be enough for my little ones, but it's better than what I have right now and I'm definitely not gonna stop at a 100 gallon, I'm gonna need something near 400 gallons.
