Love this technique. I can apply this to make stone tables for some of the Tek and metal builds. Or just build a metal table outright. Also a nice alternative for some deep shelving.

Hi Aaron I use this way of building tables, false floors or ceilings for almost every project. But you use a very complicated way to reach your goal. I didn't know this one but it's cool! There is an easier and faster way as follows: You only need 2 foundations or ceilings, 2 walls, a wooden table or crop plots (CP), fence foundations and the ceilings as a table top. You place the table or CPs over the snap point of two foundations or ceilings. The fence foundation is moved on the table until it snaps into place on the table / CP at the level of the snap point of the foundations / ceilings. Now you put a wall on the fence foundation and another wall directly below it. The snap point for the ceiling/table top is created between the two walls. Now you can destroy or pick up the wooden table / CPs and the two walls, and attach the remaining fence foundations as table legs and you're done

@@AaronLongstaff I'm not sure as a wall would have to be built into the floor for the table top snap point. But you could also build 2 walls on top of each other. and put on a simple staircase. Since the stairs (not the curved ones) have a snap point for ceilings on the lower edge, you should get back to the same height as the table top. The only thing to note for both versions is that you must not remove the fence foundation again!
