@magicproductions64352 жыл бұрын
Actually I did more research :))) it depends on how many fans you got for extract vs exhaust, since we got already 2 exhaust came with the case NXZT it make sense to install the radiator once as extract to create the balance ⚖️. And it doesn’t affect radiator cooling it’s the same performance.👍🏾

Thanks for the video and the detailled instructions. But I must say: That‘s a lot of steps just to install a OS which can easily break with the next bigger update. It might be easier just to install a modern Linux distribution and give it a Big Sur theme.

I'd gladly pay someone to do all this. There is just too much that can go wrong with either buying the parts, putting it together and all the software one has to know about and use. This video is absolutely amazing! However four points are unclear to me: - keyboard: the .txt link is not consistent with the data that has to be typed in; many occurences for the same language and country; and is the :0 always required as such)? e.g. I'm using a French Numerical Apple KB, is fr-FR:0 correct? - audio: my Z390 is a Gigabyte Designare and the codec is Realtek ALC1220 => so what should I enter exactly after PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1b,0x0)? - DisableRtcChecksum to True is it specific to *your brand* of Z390 or is it valid for all brands of Z390's? - is there a prefered version of the Z390 firmware?

This is really cool. Great video. I would like to build myself a new computer sometime in the near future and knowing that hackintoshes are still relatively easy to source (minus the GPUs, maybe someday...) I'm tempted to buy this kind of setup. For anyone who's done this, is it possible to connect a sata disk drive and still have it work? I'm not necessarily seeking any extra space for the Mac, but I do want to have options available so that I can also into Windows and/or even a Linux distro, and having a few extra storage drives would be VERY helpful in that regard.

Hey Beau, what do you think about apple silicon vs hackintosh since M1 is way powerful and efficient than PC and their next generation m chips i.e M1x, M2, M3, etc will be even more powerful. So what do you think about the future of hackintosh since now apple is getting cheap with apple silicon.
@mrwho303 жыл бұрын
As long as nobody finds a way to use other chips with ARM cores as exchange for the apple silicon the hackintosh future looks very bleak. But since the base of OsX is still a derivative of FreeBSD... ;)
