Love this video! Been skiing my whole life but just got into park skiing and hitting decent sized jumps last year. When it comes to progressing with flips and spins, do you think spending more time on a trampoline is beneficial? What’s the best way to practice for these kinds of things?

Knowing how to flip on a trampoline is great and learning to flip into powder is great. Learning to spin on park jumps are still better because they are shaped well but if you need the extra confidence boost build yourself a jump!
