At least he lived a long and happy life with a very good family, and he had a very decent burial next to a tree, where I'm sure, flowers will grow for him, he will become a beautiful flower in his next life Such is life...some pass away, others are born... It's sad. I've got 22 lovebirds, and I've had more and also budgies...and I wish they lived forever and ever. I wish I died the same day as they do. I wish we all die the same day, because the day my oldest lovebird (9 years old now) passes away, I think I will die, too 😭💔

Found this when looking for diy bird cage ideas. Love the protection for the base of the cage, making easy clean up. Was it a plastic tablecloth or ?? If you wrote what it was, I must have missed it. You should have put the wood boards on the inside of the cage, instead of the outside, that way the inside of the cage would be much easier to clean. Regardless the result looks fantastic.
