I live in a new build, the glass doesn’t need to be cleaned as it self cleans, idk the science behind it but marks and other things don’t stick to the glass

I love the sims 4 I dont even care if the playability is a lot better in the other versions (wich I already played) the beauty of this version graphics, furnitures, houses and sims along with how easy is to understand and learn to do things like construction makes it the best for me

Im SO BAD at building modern houses but i do always use half walls as the roof so at least i got one thing down. Half wall “roofs” are the best just because they are sooo easy compared to normal roofs, but they definitely look weird on pretty much every house that isnt modern

If you don’t want the trim to go across the pillar like that: Draw a wall on the floor above where you want the trim to stop, place the trim and then delete the wall😊
