Bike looks amazing. What did you use for the black textured finish ?

I used high temperature wrinkle pain, over an acid etch primer, then oven baked it on at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

3:57-> You have changed the backlash size! The Intake is 0.10, and the exhaust is 0.15. As I see in the video you have set the Exhaust to 0.10.

You are correct in the fact that the exhaust valve clearance is .15 and the inlet .10 (exhaust valve clearance is always greater than the inlet valve clearance due to the exhaust valve getting hotter and heat expansion being greater than that of the inlet). This video was made up of stills. The photograph was taken at the time that I was checking the valve clearances prior to adjusting them, they were set at the correct gap as work progressed.
