you need to push the config to the card on both the Reciever Parameters and Reciever Mapping Tabs - or it'll get amnesia as soon as you remove the power!

Is this fully waterproof?

IP65, which is "fully waterproof" for most things. That includes heavy rain, just don't let it sit submerged in water!
