Hi, thanks for watching. Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with this cooler, however I have also tried the Arctic LF2 420 ARGB and it was only a couple of degrees cooler than the 280mm. I believe this boils down to the whole issue with the bendy CPU and ILM which holds down the CPU to the motherboard being too tight. There are some videos which show that the 3rd party 12th Gen contact frames do help with this issue and lower temps by 5 to 10 degrees Celsius and I think it would work best if applied when building to reduce risk of using an already bent CPU, not sure if the deformation is permanent. The issue is that the 3rd party contact frames may not be easy for everyone to install so you have to be comfortable with trying that. Sorry I couldn't give an accurate answer, but bottom line is the mechanism to hold the CPU is created a bent surface with the cooler cold plate and that's probably why most coolers have a hard time keeping the CPU cool.
