At 9:31.. the bolt (by up) to make position of the shaft is not suficient.... it needs to have the same bolt by down for to safe fully the shaft.... then it will be perfect.

This pellet machine model is designed this way. It does not need a shaft fixing nut.

congratulations again..! Can the same matrix be used to make wood pellets? Or do I have to make a new one? What size is the large cylinder where the rollers go, thanks for everything.

Thanks. The cylinder diameter is 260mm. It is recommended to use a mold for sawdust. It also works with the gain mold.

In this video I used a 4 kw electric motor but a 7.5kw or 10kw motor is needed for best results.

nice job . i manufactured small one but ı didn't get a good result . The main problem; pellet is not pressed . i used 4kw electric motor. ıf ı use a bit more force to bolts,this time motor stopped due to stuck . do you have any advice ?

if the humidity is higher than 16%, then the pellets come out soft. I inserted the pellets several times until the mold warmed up and after that the pellets came out better. for good results you need a 7.5kw electric motor.

Empecé comprando un molde para pellets. Tenía un cubo de rueda delantera de un tractor, una polea grande de una cosechadora de granos y así fue como comencé a construir esta máquina.

I think this is because he built it from Scratch... And old Things Like parts from a Truck.(At 2:55) .. So he had to built it on a way that the machine Work.

@@svent7705 that's right. I started this project after purchasing a pellet mold. All the parts are recovered from disassembling some agricultural machinery.
