Very informative video. I do have a suggestion that I would like to share with you, regarding building homes with shipping containers. A good way to work all the draining work is to place the container on top of columns,(concrete or metal) . In the event that these supporting columns are high enough, the area under the house can be converted into a parking space or an entertainment space under a roof. Obviously, stairs or a ramp has to be included that might affect the overall cost, but the unit will be completely flood free in the event of very heavy rains with bodies of water nearby Just a crazy idea from somebody who find the shipping containers an amazing low cost alternative.
