120 degrees fahrenheit is a dangerous temperature. Because on this temperatures the bacterias are feeling very good so you need to use a better solar cooker with higher temperature or else it will be dangerous.

Cardboard dose not combust easily

Much of the heat is reflected - rather than absorbed by the cardboard. And paper, as Mr. Bradbury tells us, combusts at 451 degrees - these ovens max out at about 300 degrees - at most (i think). I would use Reflectix instead of foil - you could get by without the cardboard, though the added stiffness wouldn't hurt
