Hey CyberWolf! I'm just looking at the code to build a project off your project :) What is the firebase used for, to upload images in FileInput? Could files be uploaded and stored in MongoDb as well so that I don't need Firebase at all?

It's bad practice to save files in mongodb. why don't you use firebase, it will give free 1gb storage. If you wish to use mongodb do it. I just used firebase to save images and audio files.

@@CyberW0lves Firebase is an ecosystem lock in. In future if anybody wishes to migrate database to some other provider, it will be a nightmare to do so, and will take ages.

I used free Firebase storage to store images and audio. I have uploaded images from frontend to Firebase, then sent that image url to database and saved.

This is a text value you define your self and jwt uses it to decode the token later it can be any text value you want but it is recommended to be a complex text value
