Certainly better than my method which is get close and then glop a bunch of wood filler in to make it work. Lol

Nono, I've been there too. I had a friend from work tell me about the trimmer, and it change the game for sure. I was about 175.00 at the time. there are other ways too, so you don't have to spend that kind of money, like a miter jig for the table saw. I might do the build. Thanks

Stretcher bars should be beveled or raised at the outer edge to minimize contact between the stretched canvas and the wood. Yours are flat and would create an impression in the canvas.

Thanks a lot for the video. Don't we have to provide a chamfer to the inside of the stretcher members to avoid' sticking ' of the canvas to the sides of the stretchers? Thanking you in anticipation of a prompt reply.
