Enable the Transition (Make a business case & Assess the current state of delivery management. 2. Establish PMO Governance (roles & responsibilities, commitment to change and value). 3. Identify and Develop Enterprenual Project Managers. 4. Standardize Methodology. 5. Design Resource Management Process. 6. Create a Stakeholder Management Strategery. 7. Develop Portfolio Capabilities.
