Action and Reaction gives more recoil does not take it away like you're saying in the video. Thats why I tend to run Insight Stabilizer with Action and Reaction.

Weapon level transmission does not level up an ultimate weapons ability. It directly transfers the level of a weapon (say level 100) to a lower level weapon. The third option - enhance unique ability is what people will be looking for which involves combing the same unique weapon.

What I did was farm duplicates for the thunder cage and fallen hope after catalyzing a descendant since all the missions are on normal and it'll pretty much level u back up to 40 over the course of the farm so you'll be multi tasking.

I'm curious as to how you got it maxed only at 386 I'm around 597 dps

@AKingsCreation ok, I logged in to compare apples to apples. It looks like you're going for weak points as I'm aiming for critical. This must be the gun you run for bosses? I can and sometimes do use My TC for bosses as well, but mostly in the field, so I went with critical. The 4 we have different: You: have aiming, weak point sight, electric enhancement, and mental focus. Me: Concentrate Support Ammo, Reload Focus, Insight Focus, and Electric Conductor. Electric Conductor I sometimes change out. I may try your Mental focus because I have more ammo already in my build, but that seems more beneficial for Machine guns shooting over 100 before reloading.

Gotcha! Yeah it’s probably just the difference in the modules and what your trying to achieve for your build. I run around farming and doing bosses with the same modules. For now

If you are not using gley and her unlimited ammo then you can try putting a standard blue module that increases your magazine size. I would use the ammo boxes in missions and intercept battles every chance I get if I wanted more ammo.

Personally, I wouldn't use 'Action & Reaction', due to the added recoil. I don't know about you, but I want that stat staying in the negative as much as possible.

I haven’t had an issue with its recoil but it depends on whose hands the gun is in lol

Why use mental focus on a smg that unloads in like 3 seconds? You are barely getting any benefit. That spot could be used for a better mod

Because. If you are using gley’s infinite ammo build you don’t run out of ammo or magazine. You can shoot forever. That’s why I use it and is beneficial.
