Thank you for sharing your build - I'm in the planning stages of my own trailer and you've solved some problems I've been struggling with!! Be well, thanks again / D.

Inspiring! Thanks for taking the time. I'd love to know the kind of plastic and glue you used to create the polished white look on the outside.

Hi, thanks. Yes, after the layers of glass fiber with epoxi resin it was sanded with a 80 grit paper. On top of that I used 2k epoxi primer for boats, 2 coats. On top of that I put 2 layers of 2k polyurethane paint, also a marine type. The polyurethane paint needs to be blended with thinner in order to get the smoothest finish. If I had sanded down more inbetween layers it would have been a much more even finish in the end. Now the structure from the glass fiber mats shows through. I will fix that until next season

Looks good. I am planning to build one maybe similar, I also don't want to buy doors as they are too expensive and minimal choice in New Zealand. How is your door holding up 1 year later, any bow in it?

@@corey_nz holding up good. Maybe 2-3mm bow. Not so easy to notice except for me that built it. The door is like a sandwich design so that holds up good. Maybe with stiffer inner frame of the door could be a good idea actually. The plywood also have some layers of epoxi resin that probably helps as well
