I was absolutely going to build these to catch on my stand, but a wise beekeeper told me I was overthinking the equipment. He suggested to just use a use a bottom board, empty medium super, and an entrance reducer on the medium setting. Then put your deep box/cover as usual on top.

Dude you are you violate every woodworking rule there is... form using table saw without guard to crosscutting using a push sticks... luck you haven't got hurt yet!
