amazing work and great narration / explanations. i’ve watched a lot of american restoration content but never an english video - the use of steel and fire proof materials and level of care for the structure/foundation of the building is something i’ve NEVER encountered. wow

Really inspiring video - I'm considering knocking down the old-style utility room (north-west of England, 50's build) and building slightly bigger and taller construction.
