amazing work and great narration / explanations. i’ve watched a lot of american restoration content but never an english video - the use of steel and fire proof materials and level of care for the structure/foundation of the building is something i’ve NEVER encountered. wow

After having an extension built recently and then having to go over all the crap work they did and put it right, you guys look very professional and the do a top job. Well done and I wish I had called you. Keep up the excellent work.

@28:33 You should have plumbed the radiator from behind and not from the floor. Because you built the wall you should have accounted for this and the look would be 10 times better. Also the PVC window trim is a bad solution for the tiling - you should lay them front to back similar to the horizontal sides. No one want PVC as a cover up finish to kitchen tiling. Not sure about re-using the door and window because heat loss is key and new triple glaze would be better suited but I guess it came down to the homeowner and the budget. I also hate flat roof because 100% it will leak and surely a pitched roof would have been about the same price (maybe not because of the tiling). I thought the work I could see was excellent and your team worked well. Very Good job. Shame you didn't give us some rough costs as I would like to know.
