I used to have a hard time with these tiny screws until I decided to add Horology (watchmaking) to my list of hobbies. Some of those screws look like grains of sand without a magnifying glass. Those whoop screws look like bolts in comparison.

Me and my kid guerrilla whooped the Hart Plaza fountain in downtown Detroit. It's a big donut at the top so I dive it but this time bumped the side and fell into the fountain which is designed to keep people the F out. Thankfully a good samaritan helped me get it out. Broke the canopy, but thank God got it back doing the old foothold jump thing. What sucked sooo bad.. No video. Damn HDZERO sometimes will just stop recording until you reformat the SD card. The guy said it was almost impossible to grab and get out, but he got lucky.

The FAA has no constitutional authority to regulate the air space on private property. Private air-space and the use thereof, who owns and regulates it? “The air, like the sea, is by its nature incapable of private ownership, except in so far as one may actually use it. This principle was announced long ago by Justinian. It is in fact the basis upon which practically all of our so-called water codes are based. We own so much of the space above the ground as we can occupy or make use of, in connection with the enjoyment of our land. This right is not fixed. It varies with our varying needs and is coextensive with them. The owner of land owns as much of the space above him as he uses, but only so long as he uses it. All that lies beyond belongs to the world. When it is said that man owns, or may own, to the heavens, that merely means that no one can acquire a right to the space above him that will limit him in whatever use he can make of it as a part of his enjoyment of the land. To this extent his title to the air is paramount. No other person can acquire any title or exclusive right to any space above him. Any use of such air or space by others which is injurious to his land, or which constitutes an actual interference with his possession or his beneficial use thereof, would be a trespass for which he would have remedy. But any claim of the landowner beyond this cannot find a precedent in law, nor support in reason”. Hinman v. Pacific Air Transport (9th Cir). 1936), 84 F.2d 755 also cited in United States v. Causby, 328 U.S. 256 (1946) The FAA is clearly attempting to regulate the use of “private property” through Remote ID?
@canadiangemstones76366 ай бұрын
So flying a drone anywhere but your property is trespassing. Is that what you’re saying?
@ghettogardens16 ай бұрын
@@canadiangemstones7636 I'm not saying anything, the Unites States Supreme court is explaining what private air space is! You can fly over private property, not through it! Flying through it, maybe a trespass!

I know it sounds like over kill ,,, no not to post another comment 10 mins after the last comment , but I couldnt help but want to share another one of my thoughts, people were talking props, talking about sag, and get your mind out of the gutter, we are not gonna pick up those low and easy 1 liners, I have a careful image to meticulate Recipe for overthinking the overthunk : you take some really really fine grit sandpaper and try and cut blades down a little thinner while keeping them balanced, you can make a set of gem 3 or 4 blades that don't sag batteries on 1s , need to experiment , but I found the props make such huge gains in performance if you try and get them perfect to your application . I shouldnt be giving away my little whoop race advantage since I never see anyone doing much more than cutting gemfan quads into 2. Onething I always wanted to try , and Im surprised a manufacture'erer of props hasnt done this , and If they do , you better call the gg props cuz if I see someone Vapor deposition a coating to make cool chrome props , but also get the nano thin and ridgid with an even thin nano particle layer of maybe copper and then titanium or something . If I was me , Id hire myself for a job with all my brilliant suggestions
