I've tried to replace the Jungle Trees with Dark Oak.. You have to grow a second tree on top of the first ones, or a third, and it gets an other style, but it works too. Thanks for the inspiration. Other way i tried is to replace Jungle Wood of the grown trees with Dark Oak and cover the leaves with oak leaves lol

It took me only about half an hour spamming bone meal for whatever reason. How the hell did he do that in three clicks. No, nothing was getting in the way of trees, they had far than more enough space to grow. Still tho, was worth it, looks great.

I did the tutorial in 1.14, something's different in 1.16, it's much harder to grow trees. Breaking all the vines seems to help.

ItsJustWings D Try to dig the dirt around like 3 blocks so it looks like a little island on the land, it worked for me when I did that.

Man this was my first actual build and I made it like 30 blocks high and it has 8 round windows and 3 floors and a glow vine for a ladder super hard to build for a newb in survival but worth it

They'll grow differently every time, I like that because all my treehouses look different. If you really hate a tree you can always chop it down and remove the leaves.

I don't know if I'm doing something completely wrong or if this got changed because of updates but the stopper didn't do anything. The tree is just missing one slab of wood and is replaced with the dirt. I mean I'm still using this guide because it's not a huge deal just wondered if this needs updated or something.

It's because you're using dirt as the stopper block, tree can grow through it. Just use stone

You could try it but I don't know how it'd look. There's currently a bug in 1.16 that is preventing the trees from growing this close, it'll still work in 1.14

In 1.16 the trees are much harder to grow, hopefully this will be fixed. Breaking all the nearby vines seems to help, though if it doesn't you might need to build the last tree.
