Cristiana I love your shear tenacity that if something doesn't work go with plan B and cut a hole in the instrument it seems without a care in the world. I've watch all of your videos and this series is excellent!!!!! Brava!
@GetHandsDirty6 жыл бұрын
Thank you! But what you mean I cut a hole in the instrument? it was planned from the beginning to insert the preamp in there :p
@remoc523576 жыл бұрын
@@GetHandsDirty I'm sorry, I did not anticipate that. I have never heard of a base Ukulele....much less an electric Ukulele. My ignorance is showing......sorry!

Beautiful! While I understand the silver rumbler strings are traditional, they look so bulky I prefer the look of the metal strings, however the rumblers do have a 'warmer' sound... Also more Pink Floyd, yah!
@sgsax6 жыл бұрын
Fantastic build! Looks and sounds beautiful! Those silver rumbler strings make it sound almost like an upright bass. This series has been great. You can now add "luthier" to your resume. :) Thanks for sharing!
@GetHandsDirty6 жыл бұрын
Ahaha thank you! Yeah, they sound a lot like upright bass which is so cool. But the problem is that they are very difficult to play as I need to precisely hit between the frets, otherwise it buzzes :(
