I built this but the SAME elastic band wasn’t strong enough but when I doubled it over it worked just fine

I built this thing! I didn't have 1x3 tiles in the right colours and some technic bits were missing...I got creative though and got the sliding part working. The coin retrieval tray was hard too. Rare bits. But it works!
