@@eadad4371 Alright so generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (REGINA LOUISE COLLARO) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her. She made me financially stable investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy...So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself.

Habit is key... automatic savings out of paycheck good. I saved while paying off debt. The first thing is track spending and then devise budget. Have goals and dreams. A good book is How to get what you want in life with the money you already have..OKEEFE. Old book but good advice.

I am 2:00 minutes in to this video and already do not agree with this man. I am going to PAY my debt, but ME LIVING (RENT/MORTAGE, LIGHT, FOOD, ETC) WILL ALWAYS BE MORE IMPORTANT TO THAN THIS DEBT. These debtors do not care nothing about you. You are just a ACCOUNT #. NOBODY IS GOING TO CARE AND TAKE CARE OF YOU BETTER THAN YOU. Pay on or pay off your debt, but ALSO AND ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WELL BEING 1ST.

You can't save while you are in debt. It doesn't make sense. You have to get out of debt. It you try to save while in debt you will still use debt to pay your bills.

I would argue that brake pad is not an emergency. It is something you should see coming, like changing oil, like clothes for kids or books when school starts. This has to be budgeted. A blown engine or blown transmission is a good example for an emergency as it usually cannot be predicted in a raisonable way.

I find planning meals and making a list before shopping helps. Preparing a bunch on the weekend is hard to do but if you at least plan ahead you spend less at the food store.

Thinking you don’t need an emergency fund is stupid and ignoring the realities of life. Male host here assumes you will never have emergencies and that if you do you’ll just so happen to find a way to pay for it all of the sudden. It’s wishful thinking and a result of the American mindset of always using someone else’s money to cover your ass.

Pickup extra hours at work if overtime is available and if not pick up a part time job and use that money to pay off debt.

Lets call that first emergency fund "baby step 1" and let's say we put $1000 in it. Let's say paying debts is "baby step 2" and let's fund a full emergency fund in "baby step 3"
