How to build and use a SIMPLE a-frame level for contours and swales | No laser or dumpy? No problem!

If you need a simple way to find contour for a permaculture swale or level for any other earthworks or building project… But don’t have access to a laser level or dumpy (non-automatic levelling tool). Then this is a skill you want in your homesteading toolbox.
Corey shows you how to make a quick and easy a-frame level using whatever material is handy (use what you got!) and demonstrates this versatile piece of equipment in action. Without the complicated explanations!
You’ll need:
3 pieces of equal length timber (and maybe one extra for temporary bracing)
Length of string
A weight
Pen or Sharpie
Screws and drill or nails and a hammer
