Well done, but material, tools and the shifter costs roundabout 60-80 bucks and you can buy one for 90 to 120 bucks complete with USB-Connector...

Thank you, the parts aren’t that expensive if you compare them with $120 shifter, the shifter knob that I used was for $21, and the board for $10, buttons for $8 and the wire was several cents for 1 ft, which all together will cost $40 to $50, the expensive tool is drill which will cost you $20 to $30. I don't recommend to built it if you don’t have required tools.

do you just drill straight through the bolt that holds the valve body together?

If you mean the hole that I passed wire through no, I drilled a new hole because the one through the valve was blocking the gray button.

@@baldeagle_gaming there are 2 screws the push the valve body together, 1 of them lines up with the hole you drilled. Did you notice when drilling you hit something?

Those shifters don't attatch correctly to the logitech shifter column and besides when I remapped the H shifter to a paddle shifter as the splitter control it was effectively useless as regardless of wether I put it in splitter or range mode I could only use half of the available gears....there was no point in even trying to use gears 1 through 6 as they would over rev the engine and you'd have to shift again anyway. Instead I was able to FINALLY unlock the 6 speed gearbox (for the volvo VNL at least) and reseet it back to my default control settings that I had been using before.

What you wanna say here? It is work perfect with no issues, it is you who dont know how to do it
