Hi Nick, Those hot wire cutters are brilliant, I used exactly the same one to make a new ncfm m60 fus, I used black epp which I sourced from one of those fitness/ exercise rollers for about £10

nice fuse cut mate what comes to mind is sheeting the fuse 1/16 balsa dont spray the foam fuse just the wood parts>>>>>> now I need to find a foam block🙃opppss just found some😁

youll be happy to know I just enlarged and traced the pug fuse profile and made ply templates, hot wirecut turned out clean, the fuse weighs 16 .3 G and is also sheeted 1/16 balsa, now I gotta find a wing and tail
