Seems the young people just don’t care much about doing any physical work and could careless about learning anything except begging from parents This is a great idea and honest living Plus the harder you work the more you can make 😊😊😊 Happy for you guys

Love your channel and your content, but it's just fitting that there's a beer ad under the video lol. You don't focus on all this being flashy and pretty you share your info and knowledge and dont care about all that camera stuff. I can appreciate that, it's rare now.

Take pictures of everything. Be weary of returns. Document it all.

What’s a good price range to sell box dryers and digital Samsungs. I fix them easy but it takes forever to sell.
@bensappliancesandjunk3 жыл бұрын
I do $125 to 140 on box dryers and 165 plus on Sammy's. I have an ad on Facebook for dryers only. Just pics of a few and general prices. I'm selling out that way.

Seems your wife can ship and handle used parts to me, kids can stay at store or let bus drop them off at store after school It’s a family thing and has to be that way in business ❤

Please answer this... why don't either one of you guys mention, talk about, or seem to repair speed queen?
@bensappliancesandjunk2 жыл бұрын
I've gotten a total of 2 Speed Queen washers that were repairable in 5 years at my store. They are either totally hosed and ancient or I just don't get them. There are few dealers where I live, so they are rare otherwise. Remember, I make videos based on what's available and what breaks, not what I can't get my hands on and deal with frequently. I have dealt with a few at my brothers' laundromat and have a video or two about that, but that's been about it so far. If I was going to do a video on what you'd want to buy as a consumer, I'd mention Speed Queen frequently, but I've never touched that topic yet.

How to rent a shop ?

You charge way to little. I sell stacked washer/dryers for minimum $550. We sell most washers and dryers for $250+. I’m in Gary Indiana it’s impoverished but we still make really good $.
@bensappliancesandjunk3 жыл бұрын
I'm slowly raising my prices. My issue is that I'm trying to stay at the level of my competitors, maybe $5-10 less so that's where I'm at. But I am raising them as I go.

Bens appliances and junk. So starting this business is best in low income areas? Or it doesnt matter
@bensappliancesandjunk2 жыл бұрын
Doesn't matter. People need cheap appliances when new ones are $1500 a set. I get sales from low to mid income. If its a newer used set, you can get middle to upper income types too
