Thank you, I appreciate it. I honestly was surprised I've never seen habits or goals explained like this. I'm sure someone has and it's out there, but I've personally not seen it done and I believe it can be really helpful.

Thanks for sharing this awesome idea! I've been using a simple tally system too, like a prisoner tally, to track my workouts and cold showers. It's been super effective for me, especially with adding a red dot for bad habits like relapses. I've been at it for almost 50 days now and it's been working great. I had a similar idea to yours with a graph method, but I found this tally method to be more minimalist and convenient for me. Your video was insightful, and I appreciate the inspiration!

Hey I appreciate that. I'm glad you found and use a system that works for you. I've done a tally system before, but I find this graph set up more optimistic for me personally. 50 days is a long time so good for you and I hope you keep it up!
