I think this is pretty awesome. Well done! An idea I had for it is to try and work in the Chef feat. Not ideal power wise, but that way you can make some snacks that you can eat as a BA. "Ill take a chip, and eat it!" Style.

This gave me an idea for a magic item that has X amount of charges per day. The user can cast power word kill using a charge, and while casting it from this magic item, the spell has infinite range.

As a DM, I've made this item already and it's kind of strong as hell. I would strongly suggest limiting the range to "Same plane of existence" otherwise you're going to get some really bullshit scenarios where an important NPC is chilling on another plane and just drops dead of a heart attack.

I like to blend Devil Warlock with Aberrant Mind Sorcerer, and focus more on the sorcerer part. Subtle Metamagic, along with Psionic Casting, means when you 'write how they will die', you unleash the means of their intended death without anyone (even your own party members) will know someone's death was your doing. That, and killing people by attacking their minds is similar to a Death Note death. I flavor a subtle Dissonant Whispers as writing that 'X person will die by a fear-induced heart attack'.

I'm guessing a Swarmkeeper Ranger multiclassed with a spell caster. Maybe Druidic Warrior as his fighting style so he leans on the more spell casting part of the ranger.

I saw someone do a Whisper Bard build that was better than this. Intelligence + Fear (from College of Whispers) and Blight. This build seems more like a Ryuk/Shinigami Build.

In the manga sequel I bought the Death Note, but if I use it I'll die... but the rest of the world doesn't know that. I rolled a Nat 20 on my intimadation check. (Yep Death Note has a sequel, and Donald Trump is in it)
