Quick offnote, puncture only gives 1k def pen to onehanded weapons. Loving the plate set tho, I ran something very similar on a fresh start but I actually wasn't aware of the % magic damage reduction gems on chest :D and went with resilience.

Hi there, as i have no idea where to ask, i try it here and hope u see it. I am kindly new to AA (playing for 2-3 months now) I wear a full lib leather set and feel a bit to "glas cannon" like. I now think about switching to the plate set. wear a 5 piece Bonus. and go 2 items into Hiram (most probably upperbody and legs) do u think the magic reflection Bonus is worth it?

Library plate is awfully bad. I would not recommend it.

Anyone know how badly DefPen works for Melee in PVE? Curious if it's even helping?? Do mobs not have high melee def (that would then be penned)?

Hey, it's a bit late but no, def pen doesn't work for pve. Mobs don't really have a defense so if you want to pve, choose a crit dmg/crit rate build
