Good video I've got a semantic point: I remember a youtube video claiming that late at night workouts aren't healthy to do so if we can believe that info it wouldn't be good to promote that, other than than I agree the video.

yup, but it also really depends. Some people will tell you that if you workout in the evening then your muscles are already warmed up after the entire day and it improves your gains, others will tell you that you shouldn't workout in the evening cuz it will make it harder to fall asleep, so I believe everyone just needs to find their own "workout time"

What motivates you to make these videos and what made you start this journey of making helpful videos online?

honestly, I don't need motivation - recording such videos is aligned with my purpose, so it just flows for me and I don't need to find time or motivation to record them. I just do it. And the reason why I started (other than that it's a part of my purpose and I would do something like this anyways) is that I wanted to develop the skills of being in front of the camera as well as improve my English. I needed those skills cuz I am meant to be the face of the business I'm trying to run and I will have to record videos for the business channel.
