You have no idea how much I needed this simple, yet brilliant video. It's like it was sent by someone (or something) who knew that I was stuck, big time. Every time I try something new, it gets too complicated and I just stop. But this... this one was different. Thanks for the download. This is fantastic! 💐

I love these. I'll do yoga breaths, but you can have the meditation. Lol Staying the moment and remembering to be grateful are like batteries for me. Exercise is boring, but I play sports, so there are even options there also I am getting a dog, adopting a rescue of course, so that is a lot of walking right there! Thanks for the nice list, I shared it in a few places. ⚽💜🌻 I'm not even a self-help kind of person because I always think I know everything. Lol

Take 20 minutes every evening to tidy up. Clean your home for 15 mins right after you come home. Take 5 mins before you leave the house to tidy up. (Often, things are left somewhere when you are tired and then start to pile up until you have to make extra time to get tidy up everything again.) Schedule work you tend to forget, be it cleaning the windows or exercising or doing paper work or even calling older relatives. Note it in your calendar - Friday 8 pm - call grandma, last Saturday of the month, 10 am, clean all windows etc.

I think instead of turning your phone on do not disturb, it might be better to use the “personal focus” mode. This allows select notifications to still come thru like you can select for your closest kin in case there’s an emergency

✝️ ✝️ ✝️ *For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”* John 3:16‭-‬21

I am glad that I found your channel accidentally last year during pandemic and from then on I used to watch your videos regularly. I must say each and every video you post is better than the previous one and this one is no surprise. I feel bad for not continuing certain habits that is listed in this video like journal and gratitude what I used to do once, if I had done it on a regular basis may be I would have been in a lot better state than who I am now. Anyways keep up the good work and thanks for the positive things your videos bought in me and also a big thanks for all the subscribers who comment and like your videos without which youtube would have not bought me here.

@@user-xo7hb6ts7j i can give something that exists to someone that exists Simply because it’s existing and I’m existing also... . If you can’t do that it means you don’t exist and when you don’t exist whatever there is to give doesn’t exist and you have no sense of who is existing to give it to.

There are a few tweeks to this list I would submit: 1) Give every tool, that you use daily, a home within your home. In this way, you aren't spending your hours and days looking for your tools each day, and your life can grow beyond daily scavenger hunts for your car keys, wallet, smartphone, etc. 2) There is a need to habitually remove items and habits or dogmas that hold you back. I find Danshari to be a simple minimalist approach to meet this challenge. refuse (unnecessary things and obsession)”, “discarding (unnecessary things and obsession”, and “stay away from obsession. My personal refinement on this is "Is it useful?", "Is it necessary?", "Is it beneficial?" 3) Make choice the habit since all habits are formed by choice.

Why dont you train your pets, or at least contain them, so you can take care of yourself? I'm old 😁 and remember earlier days when there were better boundaries and discipline across the board. For instance, very young children were taught manners, dogs generally lived outside and stayed home when owners (not "pet parents" ) went shopping, adults respected each other (asked "is this a good time" before starting a conversation, did not offer unasked-for advice etc). God bless ❤️🙏❤️

A Daily Habit is something that belongs to us. We decide to keep it, or to leave it. Then we realize that we have power on it. Then we understand that that power influences our life. Until we discover that we have full power on our life, so that we can change its course as we wish. Don’t misunderstand it: it’s a long process, a long walk. But who cares walking 24 hours a day when we walk in the gardens of Paradise? Your Paradise... your life.

The role of reading fiction in general knowledge is poorly understood. Not only does it promote empathy, but myriad studies show you gain geographical, political, and cultural knowledge. We’re talking about literary fiction, not Fifty Shades of Twit, but Agatha Christie contains a lot of knowledge people don’t see when they focus on the made up nature of fiction.
