If your players are yet to be trainned before they will be able to gain experience game by game! But if trainned already the won't need matches to gel, good manager can help also to determine your game playing style!

Your manager (and playstyle) will decide the max stats for fully trained players. There is no chemistry. They give you xp boosters to level up your players to the max level, you get a lot from game pass, otherwise its slow.

@@stepbystepguitar4599 use the "level training" automatically until the player can't be leveled anymore, but the "player progression" after is better done manually depending what you prefer in a card, I have many videos covering this topic, search "training" or "guide" on my channel
