Do not know if you look at this any longer but one minor suggestion for ease of troubleshooting. Design a LED for output of both charging circuits so with a quick look you will know the circuits have output voltage. God Bless

If you'll use 220v ac, pwd rin ung adapter like charger ng cellphone for example make sure to cut the end of it and use the ohm's law formula...

This design is kind a enefficient because of the voltage regulator it is a linear regulator that waste energy as a heat. You can just buy a buck converter module that cost in china in bulk less than making a enefficient circuit.

He forgot the point where you have to expose the PCB to the sunlight. So that the copper won't wash off. If you don't do that, the copper will just wash off with the ferric chloride agitation. And please use gloves.

I believe they don't use a photo sensitive pcb. Just a non-photo sensitive pcb. Whatever the skill that we have, it is our choice.

***** i'm not so sure what your point is? A photo sensitive pcb is the same thing as the one you expose to sunlight. Thus 'photo'. And it's good that they teach this. But they're missing a few steps. PCBs you wash with ferric chloride, you need to expose to UV. Thus, exposing it to sun or black light is good.

Good Project but some standard procedures need improvements. 1. wrong way of soldering the components, solder the tiny ones first going to bigger sizes. 2. Never solder the wire directly to the terminal of the battery (Arrhenius Law and Thermal Management) I suggest the enthusiasts to use battery terminals and clippins (i.stack.imgur.com/28Icf.jpg). This is way way over complicated, and inefficient. the 78 Series regs may be cheap but they just waste power, The Diode in front of the Solar panel, waste 0.6V at what ever current the panel is pushing. All the decoupling caps around the 7815 are pointless, its a charger I dont care if it oscillates and wouldn't be needed if the 78 series regs werent used. I will redesign this. There are many parts in this that will just get hot, and thats wasted energy... We want to turn solar into night time light, components getting hot is a waste.

I-ayos ang lahat ng component base sa distancia ng kanilang mga paa at ayon sa gusto mong pagkakahelera ng electronic components at mga terminals para sa wiring, dito mo matatanya kung gaano ang sukat ng PCB na kailangan. 'Yung numiro ng nilagay mo sa diagram ang magiging guide mo sa interconnection ng mga components sa pag-design mo ng PCB. Masking tape ang gamit namin hindi pentel pen( kasi yung pentel minsan natutunaw din ito ng chemical ). Cutter, para makortehan yung circuit na naka-drawing sa masking tape. 2mm lang ang layo between the lines para tipid sa etching solution. Anyway, Mabuhay ang LITER of LIGHT!!!!!
